Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry in 1994, Gay had a career in Social Work with both the Federal and Provincial Governments. She acquired a taste for business becoming associated with the Assiniboia Gallery in Regina, marketing Canadian Investment Art. During that time she was elected to City Council for three terms serving on many local and national boards and commissions.

Gay joined RE/MAX Camosun Victoria in 1995 and has enjoyed the immediate and positive identity of a professional and progressive real estate company.
